Fantastic Stay with Warm Hospitality!

We enjoyed a splendid 4-night getaway. Preet at the front desk made our arrival cute, even upgrading us to a balcony suite. The room's cleanliness stood out, and having a balcony for dinner was a good touch. Don't miss trying out their cozy on-site restaurant for breakfast!

Easy and unbeatable location, in the mountains.

Fashionable and recently refurbished rooms with private bathrooms and a microwave oven, an electric kettle and a fridge. The most important - great and easy location on the Trans Canada. Close enough to the nearby restaurants, the Winter Olympics stadium and the airport...

Not very friendly staff!

Really good service and cleanliness!

Had a quiet 1 night-stay from the moment I checked-in. The staff was amiable and outstandingly accommodating, the breakfast offered was very good with a wide array of food. It had great attached restaurant.

Location: the hotel was close enough to Calgary, the Denis restaurant, Hockey tournament held at COP. We enjoyed the convenience of the standard king room, as well as a personal safe, air conditioner and an iron etc.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were impolite.

Comfortable beds and a cute lobby. Closet needed repair though.

Nice beds and real pillows, not flat. Good air conditioner and comfortable chairs. It is convenient to book online.

Senior and single salary persons. We could only afford to stay two nights. Teachers from other provinces should get discounts.

We loved the pool, hot tub and the suite we occupied. The restaurant was at the same location which was convenient for us. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this Calgary hotel and we were quite impressed with the friendly and helpful staff.

We had a decent 2-night stay. The pool was a bit crowded, and I was surprised to find the beds were not as clean as I'd hoped. Overall, it was okay, but I'll check other places next time.

Very good location to WinSport

A great suite with extra room and kitchenette facilities

The pool area features a large swimming pool with ample space for kids to play. There's a workout room conveniently located nearby. Plenty of free parking available, a nice perk in this busy area.

The hotel felt very dated, with dark, worn carpets and flickering bathroom lights. Our bathroom had issues, like a toilet that barely flushed, a leaking shower, and moisture damage on the ceiling. The bed provided an uncomfortable night's sleep, with pillows that were overly fluffy, leading to neck strain. Also disappointing was the Denny's attached, offering limited dining despite its convenience.

Having the kitchenette, being able to make breakfast and lunches for the day. Comfort, seperate sitting area to relax, pool, close to Trans Canada hwy and gas station,secure floors

no free internet for those without a laptop

The check-in was fast and easy. The room was very modern and looked exactly as it was on the Internet.

The only complaint I would have was that when we came back to our room at night it was not cleaned at all. So we had to call down and ask for more towels for the next day.
